We collect account identity data (username, email), organization and membership records, calculator inputs and results, and billing integration identifiers required to operate subscriptions.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is used to provide the service, enforce tenancy and licensing controls, support billing lifecycle operations, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Billing Data

Payment method handling is performed by Stripe. ElectraCalcIQ stores billing references and subscription metadata, not full card numbers or payment credentials.

4. Data Retention

Operational records are retained for the life of the account. Deleted projects and calculations are soft-deleted and may be restored within the retention window. Account closure requests can be directed to support.

5. Security

We apply reasonable security controls including encrypted connections, secure credential storage, and access-restricted infrastructure. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated with versioned notice. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect.
