What teams get from ElectraCalcIQ

One place for project calculation work

Keep firm, client, and project context attached to calculations instead of losing it across copied spreadsheets and folders.

Repeatable engineering workflows

Run structured voltage drop, load, power, fault current, and motor sizing workflows with more consistent team inputs.

Cleaner review and deliverable prep

Save assumptions, results, and records in a format that is easier to review, update, and carry into exported output.

How it works

Step What your team does Why it helps
1. Create your organization Set up a workspace for your firm or team and manage seats for the people who need access. Keeps engineering work organized in one place instead of scattered across individual spreadsheets.
2. Run repeatable calculation workflows Use standardized calculators for common electrical engineering tasks with saved project context. Improves consistency across engineers, offices, and active projects.
3. Save and export project-ready outputs Keep calculation records tied to project work and prepare outputs for review, coordination, and deliverables. Supports cleaner handoffs, faster internal review, and more consistent documentation.

How a team uses it

ElectraCalcIQ is designed for consulting teams that need a repeatable path from engineering math to saved project records and review-ready output.

1. Start inside the right project

Work inside an organization workspace where firm, client, and project context are already attached to the calculation.

That reduces file hunting and makes it easier for another engineer to understand where the work belongs.

2. Run a structured calculator workflow

Use consistent workflows for voltage drop, load, power, fault current, and motor sizing instead of rebuilding old sheets.

The platform emphasizes repeatable engineering steps rather than one-off spreadsheet edits.

3. Save work for review and updates

Keep assumptions, inputs, and results in project context so teammates can review, revise, or continue the work later.

That creates a clearer review trail than disconnected tabs, copied files, and email attachments.

4. Prepare cleaner deliverables

Move from raw calculation work to outputs that are easier to review, coordinate, and carry toward documentation.

The value is not just getting numbers, but making the workflow easier to reuse and communicate.

Why teams move beyond spreadsheets

Spreadsheet-first workflow ElectraCalcIQ workflow
Individual spreadsheet files live on laptops, shared drives, or inboxes. Shared organization and project context keeps engineering work in a more structured location.
Formulas and formatting can drift as different engineers copy old sheets forward. Standardized calculator workflows help teams use more consistent methods across projects.
Reviewers must reconstruct assumptions from disconnected cells, tabs, and comments. Saved calculation records and project context make review and updates easier to follow.
Outputs often need extra cleanup before they are ready for internal review or client delivery. Export-ready outputs help teams move more quickly from calculation work to deliverable preparation.

From calculation workflow to deliverable preparation

ElectraCalcIQ is designed to help teams move from engineering math into reviewable, project-ready documentation without rebuilding the story of the work each time.

Internal review

Give reviewers saved context, structured inputs, and clearer outputs instead of a spreadsheet with hidden assumptions.

Team coordination

Keep project calculation work in a place that other engineers can revisit, update, and understand more quickly.

Client-facing preparation

Support cleaner exported outputs and documentation workflows when calculations need to move toward formal deliverables.
